Waist Measurement: This should be taken over a shirt at the height you wear your
trousers.

Hip Measurement: Give the largest meaurement taken around the hips when you are standing
straight.

Inside Leg Measurement (Inseam): Measure the seam from the crutch inside to the bottom of the
trousers.
